Adults with Mental Health Problems

mental health

You may feel unworthy, selfless, anxious, depressed or suicidal because of your mental health problems. Our experienced team will make you realise that no matter what you are going through you are still worthy;  you can turn your life around and rebuild your self esteem.

We listen, try to understand what you are going through and work with you to achieve your goals.

We support people with mental health problems to maintain well-being and live a fulfilling life. We provide services to all age groups in residential and nursing establishments, hospitals, day services and rehabilitation centres.

We work with them and their carers where possible in:

  • developing a person centred care plan that identifies their strengths, interests and hobbies.
  • supporting them with medication.
  • providing emotional support through listening, talking to them about everyday things, showing them that we care and being there for them.
  • engaging them in stimulating activities of their choice.
  • rebuilding their lost independent skills.
  • budgeting, managing their benefits and dealing with correspondence.
  • encouraging them to get treatment when necessary.
  • support to return to work or find suitable employment, education or training opportunities.
