We ensure that each worker has a face-to face interview, is referenced and checked for their eligibility to work in England and Wales. We carry out an enhanced check with Disclosure of Barring Services formerly CRB.
Staff complete comprehensive induction and required training courses before they start. Each worker receives regular supervision to maintain a high quality of service.
